suggests, we'll be taking complete command of the brand's identity, acting as its highest authority.

 

What it offers: All deliverables from the Sergeant package, with customer research added and a significant expansion in strategic depth and deliverables. This includes a full brand audit and competitive analysis, a complete brand positioning strategy, and in-depth target audience profiling.

We will also design an extensive suite of custom collateral, such as packaging, presentation decks, touchpoint mockups (exterior signage, vehicles, interior signage, uniforms, etc), and a detailed website style guide (not the full website, but the visual direction).

 

Differentiator: This package is the equivalent of a full-scale rebranding operation. We’re not just designing a new look; we're crafting the entire brand architecture. This is for the company that wants to dominate its market and needs an Impenetrable brand identity to do it. We're giving you the keys to a complete, cohesive, and strategically bulletproof brand and the playbook to implement it.

​This is our foundational service. It's the first response to a "design crime" and focuses on the most critical, immediate needs.

 

What it offers: A solid logo package with primary, secondary, and submark versions, a color palette, and a chosen font system. You'll receive a basic style sheet that covers logo usage and color codes. This package is about providing the essential tools to make a brand look legitimate and consistent.

 

Differentiator: This tier is your rapid-response unit. It's for the small business or startup that needs a quick but professional identity to get on the street. It addresses the most common visual offenses with speed and precision, without getting bogged down in complex strategy.

​This is our mid-level package, for brands that have a bigger mission and require a more tactical approach. It goes beyond the basic visuals to include messaging and practical applications.

 

What it offers: Everything from the Officer package, plus a more detailed brand strategy. We'll conduct a deeper investigation into your brand's purpose to define your mission statement, brand values, and tone of voice. You'll receive a comprehensive brand guide—your official fieldguide—that details how to use your brand assets. This also includes the design of key collateral like stationery, social media templates, and email signatures.
